360 Feedback and Assessment Tools

Trained in the use and administration of a variety of reliable developmental tools, we can assist individuals and teams in the improvement of work and personal relationships, the resolution of conflict, and the identification of development opportunities. Developmental assessment is key to evaluating bench strength, succession planning, and deploying talent after a merger or major organizational change. Some of the tools we use include PDI's PROFILOR®, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®), Strong Interest Inventory™, and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. We deliver feedback in an understandable and actionable way. We believe that feedback is a process, not an event.
